Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide future research directions by analyzing research trends on organizational commitment of Korean nurses. From 183 studies(from 1996 to 2020), 667 variables of 198 types were extracted and these were standardized to 632 variables of 61 types. Finally these were transformed into 61 nodes and 726 links, and network analysis was performed. As a result, the most frequently studied variable with organizational commitment is ¡°job satisfaction¡±. And ¡°job satisfaction¡±, "turnover intention¡±, and "social capital¡± are the highest in degree-centrality, betweenness-centrality, and closeness-centrality. And ¡°job opportunity¡±, ¡°expectations before employment¡± and ¡°reward/welfare¡± aee found to be structural holes. Based on these results, the future directions of organizational commitment research for Korean nurses are discussed.
